At Playtime Market, delivery is FREE on all items in our range.
We partner with Toll Ipec courier services for all deliveries with the occasional Australia Post delivery should courier not be applicable for your area.
You are welcome to authorise delivery without a signature in special instructions during the order process. Should we not receive this authority and our courier attempts delivery when the recipient is unavailable, a card will be left with re-delivery and/or collection details. Please ensure you make contact with the courier direct to arrange accordingly.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address that you supply Playtime Market is correct and valid. We cannot be held responsible in any way for an order being sent to the wrong address, unless the fault is ours and should that be the case, we will re-send your order to the address you supplied at our own cost. We prefer you to use a work address to ensure any order requiring a signature can be delivered to you without delay.
On completion of an online order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your order details (given we were provided a correct email address). Please check your SPAM folder for any incoming correspondence from us. We will attempt to send your goods via courier within 1 working day; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take longer. Please check website notifications carefully to ensure your chosen items are in stock or alternatively, on pre order. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at email@example.com.
The client acknowledges and agrees a late delivery does not constitute a breach by Playtime Market or our agreement and does not entitle the client to cancel an order, unless the delay in providing this product to you is outside of an acceptable delivery time of 4 weeks from the date the order was placed. We shall advise by email when your order has been processed and sent to you.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of it being dispatched, we will lodge enquiries with the delivery company to ascertain the whereabouts of your order. We will not be held liable for any loss, stress or damage caused by the late delivery of parcels or of a parcel not arriving. It is in our best interests to do our very best to ensure that you receive your order in a fast, efficient and orderly fashion, as without you, our client, we have no business. If we are aware a product may be delayed, we will contact you to advise status using the email address supplied for the order.
Loss or Damage
Playtime Market, cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your goods once delivery has taken place. If however, in the unlikely event, that your order arrived in an unsatisfactory condition please email us within 5 days of receipt with an explanation of the issue (including photos) to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then begin formalities so a decision can be made by us whether a replacement item will be sent or not. It is also at our discretion to request that the damaged goods be returned to our head office prior to a replacement being sent out. If this damage is deemed to be due to freight handling, the courier or Australia Post may be responsible for this and Playtime Market cannot be held liable. However, we will work with you to attempt to find a satisfactory outcome for all.
